Is a contract signed here legally binding?

Yes. Agreements between businesses are not subject to formal requirements under Danish law — an agreement is binding once the parties have accepted it, and an electronic signature cannot be rejected merely because it is electronic. What decides a dispute is the quality of the evidence: who accepted what, when, and whether the document has remained unchanged since. That's why Todai Contracts logs every view and every signature with a timestamp and IP address, confirms the signer with an SMS code, and seals the finished document. If identity needs to carry more weight, you can choose MitID.

Does my customer need to create an account to sign?

No. The customer receives a link by email, reads the document and confirms with an SMS code. No account, no app, no payment.

Where is our data stored?

Your data is stored in the EU. AI processing takes place at approved sub-processors under an EU-approved transfer basis.

Do you use our contracts to train AI?

No. Your contracts are used solely to deliver the features in your own system and for nothing else.

Can we get our contracts back out if we stop?

Yes. All contracts can be downloaded as a PDF with an audit trail, and the entire archive can be exported.

Most small businesses send contracts they've inherited, downloaded from the internet, or never quite read through. Todai Contracts comes with seven templates built for consultancies that sell advice and projects.

Framework agreement

The general foundation you only draw up once per customer.

Work order

The specific assignment under the framework agreement, with scope lock and acceptance handling.
