Todai Contracts

Everything that happens between a proposal and a finished project

Write the contract

From proposal to draft

Upload the proposal as a PDF or Word document. The AI writes a draft with purpose, scope, deliverables with acceptance handling, exclusions, the customer's obligations, timeline, commercials and validity. Amounts and dates are carried over exactly as they stand — no figures are invented. If the proposal is unclear on a point, it's flagged as an assumption for you to confirm before you can send it.

The proposal

Contract draft

Feedback before you send

Ask for a review of a single section or the whole contract. You get concrete findings: what's missing, what's phrased too loosely, what binds you more tightly than necessary.

Previous terms with the same customer

The system finds the terms you've previously agreed with the customer, so you don't give 20 days' payment terms on one contract and 8 on the next.

Templates with built-in guidance

Each template carries its own instructions for the AI, so a speaking engagement doesn't end up with a steering committee, and a development project doesn't miss a testing period.

Internal comments on the contract

Comment directly on the contract, reply to each other in threads and mention a colleague with @ when something needs clarifying — payment terms, start date, or a wording in the deliverables section. Mark the thread as resolved once it's settled. Comments are strictly internal and are permanently deleted when the contract is sent for signature.

Import your own

Upload your existing contracts — one at a time or in bulk. The system extracts parties, dates, amounts and terms and makes them searchable.

Send for signature

Signature with an SMS code

The customer gets a link, sees the whole document and confirms with a code sent by SMS. No account, no app, no installation.

MitID, when it needs to carry more weight

Choose MitID per contract if the other party needs stronger identification. DKK 3 per signature.

MitID

Signing order

Decide who signs first. The next person only gets their link once the previous one is done.

Agreement bundles

If a new customer needs to sign both the framework agreement and the first work order, bundle them together. Both documents, one session, one code. No framework agreement gets forgotten.

Notification email on signature

Bookkeeping, the project manager, or whoever needs to know, is automatically notified once a contract is fully signed — with customer name and amount.

Full audit trail

Every view, every signature, every change is logged with a timestamp and IP address. The trail is embedded in the signed PDF.

From contract to delivery

Project board in monday

Once the contract is signed, the AI proposes a complete project board based on the agreement: groups by phase, tasks from the deliverables, dates from the timeline, and the customer's own obligations as items, so they can be tracked at steering committee meetings. You edit the proposal in a table and export it once it looks right.

Time-tracking project in Float

The same contract becomes a project with a budget and roles, ready for booking people onto it.

Notification in Slack

Choose a channel and get notified when a contract is signed.

Use your CRM as the source of truth

Customers are created in one place

Your customers already exist in your CRM. You don't need to create them again in the contract system — they're fetched with name, company registration number, domain and contacts, and stay in sync. No double entry, no customer with three different names in three systems.

Prioritised by pipeline

Customers appear in the contract system in the order their deals sit in the pipeline. Whatever's closest to closing sits at the top — so you start the contract on the right customer without searching.

Integration with HubSpot

Connect HubSpot and pull the customer and deal directly when you create a contract. Amounts, contacts and ownership come with it, and the contract's status can be tracked back on the deal.

Governance and collaboration

Workspaces

Keep customer agreements, supplier agreements and employment contracts separate, each with their own templates, permissions and notification email.

Roles and permissions

Sender, reader and administrator. Readers are free and unlimited.

Collaborating on a contract

Several people can work in the same document, and the system saves continuously.

Search everything

Full-text search across all contracts, including the imported ones.

Build your own

MCP server

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI client via OAuth. The client can search, read contracts, view customers and the audit trail — but only what the user themselves has access to. Read access, no write access.

API

Create keys with specific scopes and permissions. Read contracts, create them, check status. Every key has a name, a creation date and a last-used date.
